Newborn babies need 8-12 diaper changes a day because they wet more than 20 times a day. Plan on changing your baby at least every 2-3 hours. Longer times between changes are a leading cause of the increase in diaper rash since disposables became popular.

Cloth Planet(TM) is an informational web site for cloth diapering families - or those who are considering using cloth diapers. We are proponents of cloth diapering and attachment parenting. Cloth Planet(TM) is owned by me, Julie Renee Callaway. I am also the owner of Little for Now(TM) baby store, Little for Now(TM) on eBay and Little for Now(TM) on Hyena Cart.

I am also an advocate for natural health (see my sites PCOS Coach and PCOS Herb Shop). I own Comfy Cloth Pads, Hold Me Mama and a number of other web sites. I guess you could say I am a web site junkie! (My name is Julie and I own 26 web sites, today....) I love helping others to make good decisions for their family by providing them with the best information I can find.

I started Cloth Planet(TM) to help parents make informed decisions about cloth diapering. There is so much misinformation and old information out there. I am also hoping to help parents cut through the clutter with the thousands of diaper choices now available.

I am a work at home wife. We have not yet been blessed with a child, in part due to my polycystic ovarian syndrome and in part due to my husband's muscular dystrophy. We are still praying for a miracle through medicine or adoption and my businesses are the sole support of my family. 

So, while not a WAHM (yet!) I am pleased to be able to provide for my family while still being able to care for the family members who need  me at home. Wherever possible I buy from and retail products for WAHM businesses because I believe that work at home businesses can help strengthen thefamily and create more attached families.
